Know which decisions require recalculation

The Compatibility Impact Feed maps each evidence addition or correction to affected products, portfolios and compatibility pairs.

Purpose

A manufacturer can filter its manufacturer:... key and a merchant its covered references, then invalidate caches or request recalculation when product evidence changes. The feed reports affected-pair counts and their current distribution.

Evidence boundary

Current events use requires_recalculation. The decision_delta remains not_available_without_previous_verdict_snapshot until an exact comparison between signed verdict snapshots exists. A documentary correction is never presented as an invented technical change.

Authenticated subscriptions remain disabled until signatures, replay protection, key rotation and hostile-delivery tests are validated.
